About Ferrari's Italian Villa
One of Dallas’ most revered Italian restaurants for more than 30 years. Francesco & Jane Secchi, who hail from Italy and England respectively, serve Italian cuisine with emphasis on fresh seafood, all natural steaks and fresh pasta from Northern and Southern Italy .
The adjoining Ferrari's Pizza Patio serves Neopolitan style pizzas baked in an oak burning oven with craft beers on tap and a very nice wine list.

Ferrari's Italian Villa Ratings and Reviews
We come here often and enjoy the food. The antipasto bar is a favorite. The surf and turf tonight wonderful. The pepper was a little heavy on the chicken marsala but our server was right on top taking care of that. As usual the bananas foster was the perfect ending to our meal.
Several of our neighbors get together every other month for Friday evening dinner out. Ferrari's was a restaurant none of us had tried before, but it had great write ups and reviews ... so we decided to give it a try. Are we ever glad we did.
We made reservations well in advance. When we arrived, they were expecting us; everything was set up and the hostess seated us immediately. Our waiter was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes and ...everything was tastily and perfectly prepared ... the pear salad; antipasto; spaghetti and meatballs; tagliatelli with bolagnese sauce; fish; steak; all absolutely delicious. And, the "bread" (which is really like pizza crust with marinara sauce for dipping), is fabulous!
We have definitely found our favorite Italian restaurant in the Grapevine/Southlake area... it is absolutely a gem. We highly recommend Ferrari's and will definitely be returning ... soon!
We enjoyed our evening out. I did note that we were on a date but was seated in the middle of the room next to a table with babies. It wasn’t quiet, so I’m making a note to request a booth for our next outing.
We started with the crab claw appetizer. It was very good. The cheese sauce was wonderful. We actually took it home with us for bread dip for a snack. I then had the pear salad. It was very good, but nothing unusual. My husband ordered the filet. It was cooked to order, however we felt it was a bit over priced to have to order sides a la carte.
The drinks were priced high for vodka used. And soda was served in the little bottles for $3 a bottle.
For years we girlfriends get together each New Year's Eve to celebrate with Wine & Fabulous Food...Ferrari's is ALWAYS our spot. This year was the bomb! Our server was polite, prompt and courteous and social - a great combination for our group to be sure. Enjoyed it as always - thanks for a great time!
My husband and I go to Ferarri's every New Years Eve and are never disappointed. The steaks are always so tender! They have a crab appetizer that we love and a roasted mushroom side dish that is delicious, my favorite! We look forward to our next visit, not waiting a year to go back though!
615 reservation, but waited till 645 to be seated. Ordered quickly, but then the wait began. Took 1.5 hours to get our dinner. Dinner was pretty good, but after that kind of wait it does not matter. Then auto add an 18% tip for a party of 6. Haven’t seen that before. We will not be back.
It was the first time for my wife and I. The menu had a nice variety of selection. We got a bottle of Valpolicella, which was a tad overpriced for me, but a nice bottle nonetheless. We split the Caprese, which had great flavor but was a little light-handed on the burrata. I got the Tonarelli with homemade ragu (delicious!) and my wife got an 8oz filet, which she ate all of. This was a great place for a nice meal if you’re looking for a special occasion restaurant with authentic Italian flavors.
Before we relocated out of the DFW area, Ferrari's was a favorite restaurant. When we get back to DFW Ferrari's is always on our agenda. The food is great as is the service. We were met at the door by Jane, the owner and by Pepe, the GM. Steaks are as good or better than any top steakhouse. I highly recommend Ferrari's for that special dinner. You won't be disappointed. The Banana's Foster prepared table side is the best.
Overall really good - the only thing I "marked down" (from 5 to 4) was service - we got seated right away, got our food..... towards the end we ordered table side dessert - they brought the cart but then seemed to take a really long time for our waitress to come back and prepare -- but it was all good and we will return.
I had the Rissoto which was great! They made it without sausage for me, even though the menu says “no subsitutions”. I think Ferraris has the potential to be so much better if they added pizza to the menu (they bring pizza shaped bread) and had more vegetarian / vegan options.
Ferrari's has a nice, varied menu, and are willing to accommodate a tweak or two to a dish as well. The food is good quality and quantity. Our service was a bit slow the evening we dined there. I realize it is meant to be a relaxing dining experience, but we had a toddler with us so
receiving our appetizers or bread a little sooner (than 30+ minutes) would have been appreciated.
Was birthday dinner, and asked for dessert with candle...that didn't happen, even though I was reassured they'd take care of it. I had to ask the waiter, after he brought dessert menus.
Food was ok, not worth the prices though. I ordered orzo with Italian sausage, and counted five tiny bits of sausage the size of hamburger in a sloppy Joe. It was pathetic.
It took 20 minutes to get our guests a cocktail...
The only outstanding person was the bartender while we were waiting for our guests to arrive...
Will never go back!
