We were very disappointed. We went for an anniversary, and we won't be going back. We waited several minutes to be seated not becuz it was busy but, becuz no one was at the hostess stand greeting people. There was no one else there waiting to be seated when we walked in. Finally a woman at the bar acknowledged us and then eventually someone else seated us. The fact that we made reservations should have let them know that we were coming and someone should have been expecting us and other guest to come thought the door. We found out later that evening, after waiting about 50 minutes for our food that they had a couple of large parties. The 40 and 20 person parties obviously were more important to the restaurant than just the two of us out for an anniversary. The filet tasted great, however for the cost and the lousy customer service, we won't go back. You shouldn't waste your time and money either. Don't go there.
Went there on a Tuesday evening for our anniversary. Waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Lobster tail on our dishes were extremely over cooked. I requested a new dish cause the lobster was so overcooked after waiting an hour for our food. The only good thing was our server. He tried so hard and did a good job. There were 2 parties in back rooms and they told us that was why our food was so delayed. $130 Bill for a awful experience. I will defiantly not be returning. We would have spent around the same at a good steak house and would never had an experience like this.
Service was just sporadic and slow. Very pleasant but slow.
Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and amazing service! Everything was wonderful!!
A traditional Italian restaurant with amazing food and outstanding service.
This is our 3rd or 4th visit, always for a special occasion, and always a good choice. And then we always say, we should come here not just for a special occasion - it's that good, that comfortable and that easy. We'll be back!
Vacation dinner...excellent food and service from Bri. Great!
First visit. Food and service were good. We asked the waiter to prepare appetizers for us, and he brought a large plate with a good variety. We then split the sea bass and tiramisu, both very tasty. It was a Wednesday night, but few people in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, and we’d like to try the pizza next time.
Ferrari’s is a special place no matter when you visit. Easter they had a buffet that was spectacular.
Yummy food and good wine! Our server, Alex, was top notch and we had a wonderful time. Definitely Check it out if you're in the area!
We were visiting Grapevine for a long weekend getaway. Selected this restaurant because of overall great reviews. We were not disappointed. Wonderful family owned and ran restaurant. Exceptional service from my conversation prior to reservation with Peppa about my dietary limitations and was given wonderful information to our server Hannah the night we enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was very confortable yet elegant. Our meals were wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for Italian dinners. You will not be disappointed.
Haven't been to this location in a long while, but the quality stands up to the Addison location. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation at dinner. Salad was huge but delicious, breaded port chop just a bit dry, but the Chilean Sea bass was excellent. Attentive service without feeling rushed. We will be back, thanks.
Oscar was our waiter, another super job!
This is the first time we have been to Ferrari’s. The food was great and you could tell they make the pasta in house. Everyone in our party got something different and it was all good. The service was outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was delicious and patio was wonderful! They even lit the outside fireplace for us.
Used to love Ferrari's in Dallas and have sometimes enjoyed it in Grapevine but not this visit. Service was spotty and food was mediocre. Spentover $71 per person and there were only 3 glasses of wine and two beers ordered. One of the food orders came out over 10 minutes from some of the same dishes that had previously been ordered. Noisy and crowded. Will not be back. Oh and I almost forgot. They did not accept my Open Table reward for $10. That topped off the evening.
Great experience, great food and choice of wines.
Great food and great service! It is a little taste of Italy in Grapevine.
We are regulars at Ferrari’s. Oscar always makes our night special. The food is always great and the dining room is cozy and comfortable.
Service and Hannah especially were excellent.
My wife and I dined at Ferrari’s on March 2. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Our server Vanessa was very polite and courteous. She was also very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.
Our party of four loved everything about this place! We will return!
Our waiter was fantastic and helpful on choosing wine and dinner options. Food was excellent.
Everything was fabulous. Thanks for the great experience.
My brother was in from Kansas for his girlfriend's birthday. They were staying at the Gaylord. I was so excited to see that there was a Ferraris close to their hotel. I had never dined at this location. All of us were delighted with each of our choices. The service was outstanding. A+. Thank you for an amazing evening.
Ferrarri's is a gem! The food is delicious, the service is great - very friendly and informative staff. We love the antipasta appetizer plate and the entree's are delicious. Just a lovely place to have a nice dinner!
It was a wonderful evening out. The food was excellent and the service was on point.
Came for a 40th anniversary but no one acknowledged their anniversary.
Only restaurant that I am aware of that charges for Ice when you order a drink on the rocks.
The dessert crème brulee was very salty.
The main course was very good and everyone enjoyed their order.
We come here often and enjoy the food. The antipasto bar is a favorite. The surf and turf tonight wonderful. The pepper was a little heavy on the chicken marsala but our server was right on top taking care of that. As usual the bananas foster was the perfect ending to our meal.
Although we realize that our dining experience was on a special occasion, Valentines Day, we were disappointed in the time that it took to receive our food. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we were seated promptly. It took about 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Those of us that ordered salads received those at 8:00 pm. The complimentary bread arrived about 8:15 pm.
After we inquired about our food, we were told it was being plated and would be out shortly. It was well past 8:30 pm when we received our food. We had to request our drinks be refilled several times. Our waiter would fill one drink and then leave not even checking the rest of us and three of us were drinking the same thing.
Extremely slow service on Valentines. They should not have been surprised they where busy.
Love there Italian food.
Food was excellent and plentiful. Wine list very nice. Noise was a problem because of two very loud tables close by; one with a party and the other six very loud men.
Hannah was an awesome server! Very informative, friendly and even offered to have the chef make something special! Would visit again!
Just amazing...we always have s great meal when we dine here.
Several of our neighbors get together every other month for Friday evening dinner out. Ferrari's was a restaurant none of us had tried before, but it had great write ups and reviews ... so we decided to give it a try. Are we ever glad we did.
We made reservations well in advance. When we arrived, they were expecting us; everything was set up and the hostess seated us immediately. Our waiter was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes and ...everything was tastily and perfectly prepared ... the pear salad; antipasto; spaghetti and meatballs; tagliatelli with bolagnese sauce; fish; steak; all absolutely delicious. And, the "bread" (which is really like pizza crust with marinara sauce for dipping), is fabulous!
We have definitely found our favorite Italian restaurant in the Grapevine/Southlake area... it is absolutely a gem. We highly recommend Ferrari's and will definitely be returning ... soon!
Always a pleasure to dine here...great food, great people, great hosts. Our guests always enjoy.
The food was excellent, the waiter seemed a little confused and confusing describing dishes but definitely will go nackt
Ambiance and good were terrific for a romantic birthday celebration. Our server, Alfredo, was fabulous.
