We came there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Excellent food, good atmosphere, friendly service and owner came even out singing "happy birthday" in Italian. Top notch.
I had a meeting with a new client here. Food was very good, it wasn’t noisy, and we were both very comfortable. Friendly atmosphere, you can tell they really care about their guests!
Went for lunch with a group. Service was lacking at this visit but the food was good.
It has been close to 8 years since we last came and it was NOT a disappointment.
Not only is the food & service awesome but a restaurant where one can have a conversation and not be drowned out by loud music or having to hear another table conversation.
Ideal for special occasions or a business lunch.
I had only been to the Ferrari’s in Grapevine and while I like the ambience better at that location, the food and service were every bit as good. An enjoyable meal!
Service was great as usual. Food spot on. Nice unhurried dinner. The owners are wonderful.
We always have an wonderful food & service at Ferrari’s.
The food is excellent and service is exceptional! Since we are from out of town and visit often, we will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time and the food was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and the owner and servers were great. Food was delicious!
Our food was delicious as usual. It was pretty warm in the dining room and we had to mention how uncomfortable we were twice. Ferrari’s is our go to place for special dinners.
Took my wife for dinner here on Valentines day. We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation and the hostess (owner?) Sat us at the bar to enjoy some wine while we waited. We were seated within 15 minutes in thier private dinning room separate from the main dining hall which was much more intimate. The food was excellent, incredibly rich sauces for the dishes we ordered and our server was polite, attentive, and professional. We will certainly dine here again on our next date night.
Ferrari's Italian Villa is a fantastic neighborhood gem. It is family owned and operated and every single part of the experience makes you feel like you are treated like family as well. The pasta is all homemade everything is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!
Absolutely wonderful as always.
As usual, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Glad they are open on Sundays.
Ferrari's is one of Dallas' best neighborhood Italian restaurants. One of the owners will always greet you with a warm welcome and come by your table later to be sure everything is as you like it. There is no such thing as "I'm sorry, there are no substitutes." If they have the ingredients, and they always seem to, they'll make whatever you want. And, you'll love the complimentary flat bread and marinara sauce. You can't go wrong with Ferrari's.
Always a great experience at this family run favorite.
Great service, food and experience!!!
I've driven by Ferrari's thousands of times, but had yet to venture inside. I'd say it was definitely worth it. They bring out a pizza sized bread while you wait, and the service was excellent. I had the seafood combo(I can't quite remember the name), and my wife had the lobster ravioli, which we both preferred. Overall a nice place, and I'd recommend. PS for those looking for an Italian place with Chicken parm, this isn't it.
Great all around experience
Original order was incorrect - received shrimp instead of scallops ordered. When corrected scallops were underdone and the bacon wrap was nearly raw. Friend’s meal was overly rich almost to the point of being inedible - being a light eater, she usually takes part of her meal home with her but refused to do so on this occasion.
Party of 6 and all were thrilled with the authentic Italian hospitality and the great good!
We have added Ferrari’s to our steady Friday night rotation. Food is outstanding and service is crisp. Truly Italian
We have been coming here for over 20 years and love the restaurant and the owners! The food is authentic Italian with recipes from the Italian owner, and the wine list has a good variety in taste and in price.
Excellent food and service from Arturo and the owner. We had the antipasto which was authentic and tasty, and calamari for appetizers - generous portions for sharing. Entrees were Linguini Vongole - need more clam juice, garlic and parsley; excellent Cioppino - very large portion with lobster, shrimps, salmon, mussels, clams and calarmari with side of pasta - truly the best ! also had great veal with mozzarella, light tomato sauce - very tender and tasty.
Were celebrating a birthday so tiramisu was complimentary and very good!
The fun started when we entered the restaurant. The owner was entertaining from the first step in, until he left us seated at our table. He also came back to prepare a "flaming dish" that my son ordered. Once again, he kept us entertained. The food was great. I ordered lasagna, which I would definitely order again. Chianti was good, too.
You can't go wrong if you go here.
The service was slow and the food was average at best and the cost was above average
Consistently one of the best spots in Addison and all of Dallas. The service and the ambiance is a throwback to when restaurants cared about custome experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Favorite Italian cuisine in town.
Celebrating our one year anniversary was as usduysl great in Our favorite spot.
Great meal. Slow service for a party of 7. Just plan on having a 2 hour meal if you go in a group!
The food here is always excellent and the cioppino is the best you’ll find anywhere.
The owners, Jane and Francesco, always go out of their way to make you feel special as a customer, and insure that you are taken care of. Arturo, our waiter always greats you at the door and makes the night special every time!
It does not get any better. The food, the service, the ambience were all fabulous. Been there previously and will return again
First time at this restaurant. Waiter was very quick. If you hesitated, he would leave. That's not a bad thing - he just didn't have time to wait for an answer. Actually thought it was kind of funny but appreciated that he was waiting on a lot of tables. Antipasti, entrees, and desserts were good, but caesar salad was bit soggy. Overall, everything was good but not great.
We had a fantastic experience! Our waiter, I think his name was Arturo (dark hair and eyes, a well groomed beard, young, tall), but I am terrible with names, was seriously the best waiter I've ever had! The host was also wonderful! He was an older Italian man. The food was good. It is a bit pricey, but for a date, special occasion, or just having a grown up night out it is perfect!
Loved it and we will return!
We live north plano area and usually dine closer to home. However when we want a great Italian dinner, it Ferrari’s. Service is consistently great and food — best Italian in DFW bar none
Our meal was quite good. The service was off, maybe due to it being Christmas Eve, but not nearly as good as we are accustomed to at Ferrari's. The ambiance was very nice. Despite the lax service, we hope to be back more often.
It was my first time and was glad to know the are near my home and goog!
Great standard Italian fare. One of the better Italian restaurants in the Metroplex.
Love the food and service! Food is fresh and flavorful. I Love the antipasti . Love the upside down Christmas tree hanging from the ceiling during the holidays. Always consistent!
