Had a reservation hiccup (no available seats in dining room) but the GM opened the 2nd floor for us. Good move. Obviously needed as the 2nd fl filled up pretty quickly as well. As it was a cold Sunday eve, surprised there was so much biz but good for them. Both pastas were good enough (pappardelle sauce was thin and my wife's pasta sauce had a distinct Lipton Onion soup flavor), cheese plate was great and the wine value on Sunday's is exceptional (25% off). Service, once we got settled was very nice and they stayed on top of things. Overall nice night.

We went here for a quiet, romantic new year's eve dinner. It wasn't as "fancy" as I wanted it to be, but I would recommend it for any other dinner date. The food was very good, the ambiance was romantic, and the service was excellent. I guess the only thing I would have liked to see different was the diversity of selection.

Definitely worth checking out at least once for a quiet dinner date though.

Fantastico. Feeling like eating at home (I'm Italian, from Rome to be precise).
Great cheese selection and great pasta cotta "al dente". See you soon and a special thanx to the beautiful and smart Mina

Lovely spot in the neighborhood. Get the lasagna, one of the best I've had in the city.

Food was fantastic, location is great and ambiance was lovely and cozy. The lasagne pasta was beautifully thin and delicate, and the spinach ravioli were so delicious even my non-spinach loving kids enjoyed them!

It was a weekend in the financial district; pretty calm spot to have a delicious meal before going to Trinity Church for a holiday event. The bread here is transcendently good; the rest of the food is equally high quality. Fun server, relaxed place, perfect sound level for conversation and conviviality.

We had never been here before, but were looking for a location in lower Manhattan, so we could have easy access to take a subway to Barclays center. This was a wonderful find for delicious. authentic and inventive Italian food. The appetizers we ordered were delicious with very fresh ingredients. The arancini (rice balls) were really tasty with the perfect texture and flavor (not too "ricey"). Wonderful ricotta crostini with figs, and a wonderful, fresh Burrata. The pastas were fresh with great sauces (homemade lasagna was a real throwback), delicious ravioli, and fusilli with sausage. And if you like chicken Milanese - one of the best. Add to that a great wood-paneled cozy atmosphere, and it was a nice evening out with the family.

Service was sub-par. We were seated at a very tiny couch like table that was uncomfortable and very close to another table. We were not offered bread , and had to ask for it. When we received our meal, we were not offered parmesan , and had to again ask for it. Despite the service being disappointing , the hostess was very good at her job and checked to see how we were doing. The arancini was excellent and so was the fettucini .

Service was wonderful. Food was very good.
Challenging getting seated because tables are so tight and it was very loud making the business conversation we were trying to have challenging. Had to speak loud to get other person at table to hear and since tables were so close together I felt I was sharing my information with several which was uncomfortable.

Felice remains one of my most reliable go-to restaurants for a tasty and relaxing dinner. The staff is always welcoming, and makes the extra effort to ensure that a regular customer is treated royally. Most recently, I enjoyed the tuna tartare and the house ravioli. The place is usually packed around 9:00 pm even on week-nights, but the ambiance is very, warm, comfortable and inviting. The crowd appears to be a mix of locals and upscale tourists who appreciate the consistently well-prepared food and congenial atmosphere.

If you can be seated upstairs do. It’s quieter, less busy unless there is a large boisterous group up there. Although there for business I can see it being a great romantic spot. Also, did brunch hereafter NYC Half Marathon that was great too. Food is consistently good and reasonably priced for a sophisticated restaurant.

Went to the Louis Vuitton Exhibit on Saturday, and was looking for some place to grab Brunch down in lower Manhattan.

What a gem Felice 15 turned out to be. Had no idea when I booked the reservation that it was connected to a hotel. If I did, truth be told, I probably would have made to book a reservation elsewhere. Glad that wasn't the case!

Our waitress could not have been nicer, and the Brunch special was delicious. I went with the Omlette Vegetarina for $16, which included a complimentary Mimosa. Friend had the Panino Frittata. Nothing left on either plate, so suffice to say we thought the food was good.

Coffee was good too, as was the wine selection. Hey, it was Brunch, and a bit of a rainy, chilly day. There was no rush to head back outdoors.

May look to book the upstairs for a company dinner in the future.

All the Felices are very good. I have been coming to them since they opened. I go to the ones on the upper east side, including Saint Ambrosia. This one has become the most well-run. I think it is the hostess who used to work behind the bar. The guy who replaced her behind the bar is just as good. He should become a manager. The food is consistent( I love the salads and the pastas), the wines are really good, and it's just an easy place to relax!

Food was generally excellent - mussels, then branzino. Great dessert (chocolate mousse cake). Ravioli a little too salty.
Service was good - professional, but restrained.
Only issue - its a small one - was the odor of the oil filled table lamps; Because each table had one, the odor was noticeable upon entering the restaurant; but seated by the window, with ours snuffed out, it did not interfere with the enjoyment of the food.

Service here is not great. I stayed at the hotel in the building and had drinks twice as well as brunch. Every time I thought the service would be better and I was wrong. Everyone is very nice but slow as molasses and they don’t check in with you to see if you need. My friend complained at brunch and our meal was comped which was lovely, but the service needs an overhaul. For NYC with so many other options, I’m surprised they haven’t had more complaints.

Felice is one of my favorite go-to restaurants in the Financial District. The menu has nice variety, and although I am partial to their linguine di mare, there are lots of great options for meat, seafood and poultry lovers as well as some vegetarian plates. I like the warmth of the ambiance and the neighborhood feeling of this place. It draws a nice mix of locals and upscale tourists, many of whom are staying at the adjoining Gild Hall. Apparently the menu was brand new on the night I dined there, so there were no specials. I didn't know this, and overheard my server telling another party about the new menu. I look forward to trying some of the other dishes on my next visit.

One of the most solid Italians in NY. Nothing fancy but absolutely authentic, I was very impressed by their pasta (both the one with sausage and the linguine with seafood are to die for), their arancini are as good as you can get them out of Sicily although of course they aren't like the Sicilian ones, fettunta is spot on and also the one with fegatini is excellent. Chefs and ingredients are all Italians and you taste it, no questions. Wine list could be better but there are decent options (I'm from Franciacorta so the fact they have a reasonably priced Bellavista in their menu is a big plus). Definitely a neighborhood gem.

I went to have a birthday dinner, and from start to finish, everything was amazing. I brought my own cake which they refrigerated and brought out for me with candles and all. The portions were just right, and prices are what you'd expect from that neighborhood. The manager and servers were incredibly kind and took very good care of the group, even gave me free cookies because it was my birthday. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone whether it be a date, a get together, or a business meal.

I spend a lot of my lunches here as it is my go to for business lunches. The service is fantastic and the wait stuff and managers are always so professional. The food is really fantastic. There are great options: paninis, pasta, salads and general entrees. I love the set up as it has a number of smaller rooms so it feels cozy and it's never too noisy. It's a gem and I love going there for business lunches.
