Salad bar needed attention, missing a few items. Years ago they served good bread with a meal
I guess that is a thing of the past. The restrooms need serious attention.
Known for their prime rib and it is a good value for the price. And they always have a basic salad bar with tasty dressings and crisp veggies. It was Fathers Day so the restaurant was a little busy so service was slower and less attentive than usual. Food arrived a little cold and bread basket to go with the salad bar never arrived. Also, we had to tell the server we wanted to,order dessert rather than being asked.
The place doesn't look like much, but the food is amazing. I gave service 3 stars only because the night we went, there only seemed to be a single waitress working and the place was mostly full. Her attitude was excellent and she did the best she could with all of her customers, it would have been nice to have had a bit more attentive service though. I could be totally off base or they could have had staffing issues that day. Either way, I'll be returning for the best Prime Rib in Phoenix again.
The prime ribs and rims were superb. Very quaint resturant and close to home.
We came for our 53rd wedding anniversary. They even surprised us with a piece of cheese cake. I would recommend this place to others.
WOW we loved the prime rib!!! Wonderful, friendly service!
A local favorite, not a chain place. Good steaks, great staff.
We very much enjoyed the entrees and appetizers and felt they were a good value. The service was good and not rushed. Th decor was dated.
As always, Feeneys was awesome - it's like eating with family!
Very good service, friendly. Great food. Family friendly. Will be back!
Good food and service with very reasonable prices. Bar was great while waiting for a table
For my first time there I was extremely disappointed, first of all our potato was ice cold and by the time they brought our food back out the prime rib was now cold. The bill was well over 130.00 and we didnt eat a thing. Very disappointed!!!
Three of us met for a casual work dinner at Feeney's. My colleagues had never been before and I had not been there for a few years. I was happy to see that it is still the charming locally owned and operated establishment with good food, pleasant ambiance and great service. We could easily maintain our conversation without yelling. Service was attentive without being obtrusive. Prices were very reasonable. I will gladly return!!
We went for our anniversary. The service was unbelievably awful (negligent), the food was okay, good salad bar.
I made this reservation from out of town, relying on the website photos. When we arrived it was a disappointment to see the real thing! A lesson learned.
Went to Feeney's for an Anniversary dinner.. great service, excellent food!!
Fantastic food, the staff is extremely friendly, and a true neighborhood gem.
Prime Rib is just the beginning! Everything is always delicious. Warm, friendly atmosphere.
Had three very good ribeye steaks cooked exactly as ordered. Very flavorful, great twice baked potato and excellent salad bar. Old time restaraunt, Maria was a fantastic hostess/waitress, very personable, engaged and fun..."baby".
Would definitely go again. Very good value.
Only disappointing thing was that they were out of cheesecake at 6 pm dinner.
Good food and super nice staff. Needs updating and not "the place to be seen" but good for dinner. Bar also makes good drinks!
Terrible service. Long wait for everything. Waiter kept disappearing. I had to ask for things multiple times
This was our 2nd time to Feeney's brought friends for a special occasion. Prime Rib fabulous, Trout was excellent too.Service was outstanding, thx for taking care of us.

My first time dining at Feeney's coincided with my time in Arizona nearly 21 years ago. Now full time resident for the last 20 years. Feels like a neighborhood place to go. Good then and still good now!
Excellent, friendly service! Good food! Nice all around
First time to Feeneys. Went for our anniversary to try the prime rib. It was everything we'd heard. Prime rib was awesome. Nice salad bar and potato under $25. Good value. Unique interior with a few tables in each room. We'll definitely be back.
Went to Feeney's to celebrate my grandson's 11th birthday. It was just right in terms of special and not fancy. We enjoyed the food very much. And Noah got a big slice of mud pie which he loved.
So glad we tried Feeney's! Food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
Very friendly and great service. Our family had a room to ourselves. Was nice quiet and private. Prime rib and ribs were very good- New York was a little over cooked, but still good.
First time visit to Feeney's, and we were a little hesitant driving to it as it seemed to be in a residential area. Saw lots of newer cars parked in their lot, so went inside. What a gem!! The food was superb and the service left nothing to ask for. Will I go back next time I'm in Scottsdale? Absolutely.
My family made a dinner reservation at Feeney's while vacationing in the Phoenix area. It had a comfortable neighborhood feel and made us bemoan the lack of neighborhood, family-owned, non-chain restaurants near our home in the suburbs of Washington, DC. The service was attentive and charming. The prime rib and steaks were prepared exactly as instructed and the salads and sides were also of good quality and well-prepared. Portions were large - too large for us - but we couldn't resist sharing the mud pie dessert. The three of us were perfectly satisfied. If we didn't live on the other side of the country, we would certainly go back.
The food was outstanding. The Sevice was prompt. My only suggestion is that the restaurant could have a better wine list.
Was always great service in the past. Not this time.
What a wonderful place to bring friends to for a great meal and enjoy an evening together! Every staff person who came to our table made us feel like "one of the family"! Thank you to George and Maria especially! We and our friends will be back, hopefully with more friends so we can have the private room up front!!
The food was delicious, authentic and cooked perfectly. The saganaki and lamb chops were outstanding. We will definitely be back.
Food was delicious-especially the prime rib! My steak was a little undercooked but they put it back on the grill (not the microwave as often happens) with a smile and then it was perfect! Accommodated dairy allergy and food still tasted great! Wine list was a little weak, but it won't stop us from coming back. The best part was the service and warmth shown by all the staff!! Return trip is worth it for that alone!
Our visit was grea5, we always get treated well! We have recommended Feeneys to several of our friends! Thank you!
This is a great neighborhood place and the owners are absolutely delightful.
We have had some of the best dinners at Feeney's recently, the customer service has been awesome! We have referred the restaurant to many of our friends!
I've been there many times but never had such slow service. Food was good as usual but 2 hours for dinner (no desert) was a bit much. if you have the time for a casual dinner this is the place
Old school all the way. Nothing seems to have changed here since the 60's or 70's including the menu. All the meat dishes are excellent - prime rib, filet, liver & onions, Salisbury steak. Onion rings excellent. Same with twice baked potato. Salad bar is more of a novelty. Take a history lesson along with your chilled metal plate and conjure a time before the farm to table movement. Did I mention generous drink pours and adequate wine offerings at bargain prices? Don't do it everyday, but enjoy it when you do. This place is is very worthy addition to anyone's repertoire.
