Best Restaurants for Spicy Food in Carlton North

Great food, service is good but the wait staff could be a bit more attentive, especially when your drink is empty and you're sitting there trying to order another one, but nobody looks at you making it hard to get their attention. I never understand these restaurants who aren't attentive to drinks: my friend and I probably would've had at least another 2 - 4 glasses of wine between us if the staff had been more attentive to our drinks. What can I say, many Australians like to drink! They only had 3 red wines by the glass, but they were out of 2 of those choices, and yes, of course, the only one they had left to purchase by the by the glass was the most expensive one. But the food is great here.

Delicious food of high quality and good value. We had nachos which was a big serve, lots of meat and toppings. Will return.

Service was fantastic, everyone was great and attentive

Had a beautiful birthday meal here, the food was very authentic (coming from Sri Lankans) the beef was hot but kept going back for more. The kingfish special was exceptional as well as the eggplant. The restaurant is very ambient, and high touch service. We bought a cake which they kindly catered for and didn’t charge (unheard of these days!) thank you for a lovely evening.

The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The toilets, however, make us hesitant to want to return. I hope they get cleaned properly some time soon, as we would really like to come back :)
