Das Funky Fisch ist ein neu interpretiertes Fisch-Restaurant. Anders als das klassische Konzept, das mit Gemütlichkeit wirbt, war uns hier wichtig das Architektonische der Räumlichkeiten zu betonen, die Quintessenz des Fisches und die Leichtigkeit des Seins. Die Neonbeleuchtung ist eine Installation in Anlehnung an Mondrian, welches das Deckenraster aus Beton aufbricht.Die Fischvitrine im Zentrum des Restaurants setzt sich mit seiner täglich frischen Auslage an Austern, Meeresfrüchten und Fischen perfekt in Szene.
NU Eat Kitchen crafts fragrant and sumptuous Asian fusion cuisine in its charming eatery. Tantalizing appetizer options feature the satay marinated chicken breast skewers and the hong shao yu, Cantonese-style braised veal ribs. NU Eat Kitchen's house specialties include the black tiger prawns with ginger-garlic sauce, the huamei ya grilled duck in a spicy plum sauce and the grilled sashimi tuna steak thu nuong with wasabi mashed potatoes. Other entree favorites include NU Eat Kitchen's burgers, like the juicy Shanghai burger marinated in teriyaki sauce topped with cheddar and mango.
