Executive Chef Christian Frangiadis and General Manager and Beverage Director Cecil Usher and their incredible team create an amazing dining experience with impeccable service. It starts with a beverage and several delicious appetizers in the lounge area and then moves to a circular 16 seat table from which you are dazzled with 7 (or 8 depending on how you count) courses of extremely creative pairings of fresh and tasty ingredients that are mostly farm to table or produced in- house, and beautifully decorated and presented - most right before your eyes, that are matched by equally creative alcohol or NA drinks. All food dishes and drinks presented to you are accompanied by enthusiastic narratives of how they were procured, produced and prepared. It finishes with a first dessert at the round table, and a second dessert in the lounge. We went on a Sunday night and had several courses that featured fresh seafood like rock shrimp, octopus, steelhead, scallops and king crab, as well as savory pork belly and duck. At the end of what was truly a 2.5 hour performance by this highly functioning and attentive team our group of 16 diners burst into enthusiastic applause, and it was well-deserved. The price point was high, but the value received in both dining and entertainment quality made it well worth the cost.
