Nice view, excellent service and great food and drink.

Daniel, our waiter, did a wonderful job making us feel at home bringing us delicious food while being very kind and considerate throughout. You can count on the twisted tail for a delicious brunch in a warm environment. Head House Square is just outside, with its active farmers market, great bars, and beautiful houses to look at in Society Hill.

Service was great, we had a reservation and were seating promptly. The server arrived quickly to ask about water preference (sparkling or plain) and if we wanted a cocktail. The drinks arrived shortly thereafter and mine was fantastic. I got the "house" martinin which featured pineapple - it was chilled perfectly and the taste was great, not too sweet or syrupy. It was a refreshing choice for this time of year. The menu had a nice variety to choose from, I went with the fresh water fish which was flavorful, flaky and moist. My husband had the homemade gnocchi with crabmeat, which he loved. The portion was appropriate and he didn't feel stuffed when completing it. We were there for our anniversary and it was a perfect choice - definitely will try it again over the summer and sit outside on the deck/porch

Meatball salad is the best! Shared a spinach ricotta pizza that was out of this world. Great desserts.
