Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Arlington Heights

This is the first time we have been to Stonewood Ale House. It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation because it was a saturday night, 6:30. We arrived and were seated right away. Great atmosphere, very clean and enough lighting. We ordered drinks and they came quickly, then we ordered our dinner and it was in front of us in record time. I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes. Mind you we had burgers but still the turn around was very quick. The food was really good and the portion size was perfect. I would definetly reommend Stonewood for a nice evening out.

Spears is a good place to have dinner & a cocktail. We both ordered something different this time. I ordered the Filet sliders, very good . This item does not come with a side. I ordered the vampire fries. also very good. My hubby ordered Smash's mac which goes great with the vamp fries. Our server Armida took very good care of us. Suggest to make a reservation as this place tends to get crowded. See you again very soon!

There was a foul smell I couldn't identify. The food was good.

This was my first bourbon tasting ever and I had a great time. The representative from Buffalo trace provided all sorts of information about each of the bourbons in the tasting Along with the bourbon they also provided a few snacks so we weren’t just sitting there drinking bourbon the whole time. I had a blast and I would recommend this experience and Peggy Kinane’s to anyone interested in bourbon and anybody interested in just having a great time

The fish fry special was excellent, better fish than most places I’ve tried!
