Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Black Sesame, Strawberry, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant.
