Established in 1995, the Maumee Bay Brewing Co. is Toledo’s original craft brewery. Located under the High Level Bridge in the Oliver House, we make tasty beers and ciders in our 15 BBL copper brewhouse on display in the main brewpub. Across the street is our 30 BBL brewery and packaging facility for all our canned, bottled, and kegged beers, all of which are available throughout Ohio and SE Michigan. Thriving on the variety and creativity that is the craft beer business, our brewers always have something on tap at Maumee Bay Brewing that’s sure to please.Located in a former 19th-century hotel, Maumee Bay Brewing is open every day of the week for lunch and dinner in the Brew Pub and Thursday-Sunday for dinner in our Steakhouse.
