Excellent flavor throughout. Picky points include serving the salmon in a bowl rather than a plate to limit chasing the sauce with a fork. Also bringing the martini shaker to the table is a charming touch but dilutes the drink noticeably. And finally the coffee temperature was cooler than expected.
