I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.     We enjoyed this resturant a couple of years ago and looked forward to coming back. It did not disappoint. The drinks were outstanding. Highly recommend the Mojito. Soups and salads delicious. Someone in our party needed to eat gluten free. The menu is clearly labeled with food items that did not contain gluten. Good view of the marina. We WILL be back!

    Simply Exceptional! Gathered with 3 close friends - the receptionist, waiter (Eric), ambience, salad, entree’s (Veal Chop, Grouper, Veal Scaloppini), wine and dessert were wonderful. Will return soon.

    The food is incredible, the service is great. Can't remember our server name but he was always check in and made sure we had what we needed. Anything on the menu is on point. Our server suggested the specials for dinner. Great options for a seafood dinner.

    The food presentation was top notch as was the service. The ceviche was done perfectly in a non-tomato base sauce and the homemade sauces were excellent. The pie was good, but the skirt steak with the noodles was excellent. Worth a visit.

    Food made with French flare and passion. A perfect menu- short but well executed. The pate and beef tartare were superb. Short but well curated wine list. The Duroc pork chop, kebab and steak were also praised by an adjoining table. Interesting area minutes from Downtown West Palm with unique shops. Well worth the 5 minute drive north on Dixie or Flagler
