EntreNos is a pop up restaurant within a cafe but functioned perfectly as a restaurant. On the night I dined, they were a server down so Chef Evan did double duties cooking and presenting the food. All components of the menu are locally sourced from land and sea and I discovered a couple of new ingredients including Cobia. The courses were inventive, cooked to perfection, and well presented. The menu was small - 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 deserts (+2 specials) but there was enough variation to appeal to all.
