Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Waukegan

Always our favorite place to go. Service and food never disappoints us.

Love it here. Great veggies, interesting pasta combos. Love the trout and grilled chicken. They need a better wine selection like some from France or New Zealand. Terrific service.

Our waitperson, Mary Anne, was great. She gave wonderful recommendations. And our Iced tea glasses were kept full without overloading us with ice. Instead she brought us separate glasses of ice. We were seated about 6:45 and the restaurant was very crowded and consequently VERY noisy. However, by 8, it had thinned out and we were able to talk in normal tones. Food was excellent as well.

The food is always consistently good. The fajitas were fantastic and so are the onion rings. Our server was terrific. Would highly recommend and always look forward to coming here again.
