Well, first of all, my party got confused about the reservation time. It was for four at 1:30p. They heard 4:00 and that's it. No problem. The host was great and held me another table while I went shopping to kill the time. My guests showed up at 4:00 with another friend. So, now we're five. Again, no problem, we were seated at a lovely table. Angela was our server and just like the wonderful host, she was fantastic. Very patient with us. A crazy table. Three of us had the scampi, which I always get. The huge shrimp are always perfectly prepared. Grilled, but still very tender. But, the real treat are the mashed potatoes. Really creamy and buttery with fried capers. So, delicious! Of course the venue is beautiful. I love to watch the bay and the feral kitties who live nearby. Yep, I keep coming back.

Had a great lunch business meeting here. The service was excellent—our waiter was attentive and professional. We started with the calamari and crab, both fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we each had steaks cooked perfectly. Solid spot for both client meetings and quality dining.

I love Top Hatters Kitchen & Bar! From the creative seasonal bar menu to the fresh variety of entrees, this is one of my absolute favorite places to eat & support.

Great for a special occasion. We had the prosciutto wrapped shrimp, dayboat scallops, and the rack of lamb. The food was very good. Service was very good. We plan to try the ribeye and and filet mignon next time.
