With the “original octopus” back on the menu, this will be a repeat destination this summer - the port wine reduction bends your senses in so many wonderful ways and the octopus is cooked to tender perfection. Linguini Sinatra is deserving of its name, and Brando’s pork chop dishes are remarkable in their flavor and simplicity. Just the right level of heat layered on a chop that sits in the exquisitely timed “done enough to be juicy” groove.
