    My wife and I had dinner at Margeaux Supper Parlor on June 28th. It was one of the best dining experiences we've had and we've eaten in some very good restaurants in our 61 y.o. marriage. Service was friendly, gracious, and helpful. Everything that we ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. This included arugula and fig salad, fried chicken with super cornbread and good coleslaw, shrimp and grits, ribeye steak, and lemon sorbet (the best I've ever had) and praline pecan pie that was perfect. Even their version of an old fashioned was special. Prices are moderate and the value is exceptionally good.

    Probably one of the best views in the city. Food menu is limited and challenging for vegetarians. In general the food was good but took longer than usual. The view and the fabulous waitstaff made it a good experience.

    Love the place. I’ve had the braised lamb twice in a row, and I bring home enough for my next day lunch. The helpings are generous. My companion had the flounder twice in a row, so I’ll have to try that the next time.

    try the short ribs but the real show stopper was the crispy pork !!! Everything was so delicious and fresh. Spicy noods , garlic chicken, THE SHORT RIBS the golden chicken broth OUTSTANDING experience - will be back every year !!! Highly recommend We Love Qiao Lin Hot Pot
