Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Love the menu and the general vibe. It feels like the staff are still finding their feet. They are pleasant and helpful but maybe need just a little more training on restaurant etiquette. Easy fix and not enough of a problem to stop us coming back
