Pho Bluewater is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We went to the restaurant side of The Bull, as we wanted a quiet lunch. It was really lovely, its modern, clean, quiet. The service was perfect and the small plates we ordered were all delicious. We went for halloumi sticks, Korean chicken, quesadillas, and shared a salad. With all that, two drinks, it was about £45. So, good value, too
