Unhurried lunch of drinks, mains and dessert. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Very polite service, and helpful advice with regard to allergies. Local produce including a good gin for everyday g&ts. The garden looked lovely but too hot for us the day we visited. Would definitely recommend for informal dining or a special occasion.

Good value for the price, nice selection of teas. It would have been better if the sandwich bread was better quality, cheap sliced white let it down. Cream was not clotted but whipped and we had to ask for more of both cream and jam. All in all though good value and a nice location, second time we've been, so not bad at all!

The Afternoon Tea was beautifully presented, plentiful and scrumptious!! We especially loved the “Tea with a Purpose” philanthropic aspect.

Really enjoyed this restaurant, conveniently located at our hotel. Great drink options and the menu has variety.

Good food from a sensibly sized menu, delivered promptly; truly excellent selection of beers and helpful advice from the staff. All in all a very good experience indeed.
