First time here! Pleasant open space- quiet table near a window. Free give-away of marinated Olives, focaccia a pickled veggies was excellent. There was a wedding in the event space so service was probably affected. Shared a nice Barbera; then had Caesar salad and soft shell crab special for our friend. We shared the Branzino for two: served table side with delicious grilled veggies and potatoes: THE FISH WAS TENDER; juicy; flavorful- perhaps the best Branzino ever! And a bargain for 2! We will return!

Great restaurant with an old school family feel. Outstanding food at a good price point.

We were delighted with our dining experience at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. It is a step back in time in ambiance in a historical mansion. We loved the small rooms which created a coziness and quiet atmosphere so uncommon in most restaurants today. The service was superb and the food generally excellent. If you're looking for a unique, romantic dining experience, Ho Ho Kus Inn is the place to go. Of all the many restaurants we have dined at in Bergen County, this is our favorite. This restaurant instantly became one of my favorites! The hospitality here makes you feel like family! Definitely recommend dining here to enjoy the delicious food/ drinks! And the amazing view to top things off!!
