Enjoy a fine dining experience at Holbein's Restaurant. It's located in the Städel Art Museum with elegant décor that complements its setting. Holbein's Restaurant serves international cuisine created by head chef Patrick Grossmayer along with sushi from Kawano Hirofumi. Guests can indulge in delicate appetizers like beef tartare with dijon aioli and yellowfin tuna with cheese spinach. An entrée of pink-roasted veal, braised short ribs or filet mignon and prawns with ginger-spice froth with please the palate. Holbein's Restaurant features a sushi lounge that also serves nigiri and sashimi. It also has a summer terrace for guests and hosts events.

Die Villa Merton liegt im „Diplomatenviertel“, einem der elegantesten Frankfurter Quartiere. Richard Merton ließ das Haus im neobarocken Stil 1925 als Privatvilla erbauen. 2002 errichtet der Union International Club in der Villa das Restaurant Villa Merton. Seit 2003 ist das Restaurant durchgehend mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet. 2009 bekamen die Räumlichkeiten eine umsichtige Rundum-Erneuerung, des Weiteren wurden im Obergeschoß Räume für exklusive Tagungen im kleinen Kreis geöffnet.
