We had lunch around 1 PM & found it was a good time (not busy) & we’re able to get seating for two by window. I enjoyed the crab cake sandwich & my wife had OWP burger…both were very good. Beautiful Dining Room in historic Omni William Penn Hotel!

Though I was hoping for a more quiet atmosphere, I had read originally that there was a candle at dinner for Valentine’s Day. The food was excellent and the server although scattered because of the sheer busyness of the location was very courteous, and if there is an issue, it was taken care of immediately.
