Another wonderful evening @ Baserri. We enjoyed rice with mussels, prawns and scallops , anchovies, spinach, goats cheese and honey croquettes to start , followed by blue fin tuna with aubergine and tomatoes , and duck with beetroot, carrot and figs , all divine. Baserri really is a neighbourhood gem with incredibly talented kitchen & front of house teams. Russell & Bea as always so welcoming x

Been here many times and never disappointed had a birthday this week and went for lunch had a ballon on table even though we booked last minute Lovely atmosphere and very pleasant staff all round A great place to celebrate all occasions Booking is recommended as this place is a gem

Had lunch on a sunny Sunday in the orangery. I’ve been once before about a month ago. The waiter who served me then remembered me, which was very nice since he must serve many people. As before the service was discreet and prompt but with no pressure to ‘hurry up’. The setting is stunning, especially on a sunny day. We had a table by a window, seated on very comfortable chairs, (which is fairly rare for most restaurants, amazingly) and the food was very good. I had arugula salad with avocado, my host had salmon with Caesar salad and we both chose the ‘no words’ caramel crème brûlée for dessert. Throughly enjoyable and would recommend.
