Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     The food was amazing with beautiful flavours. The atmosphere was laidback and the live music gave it an extra lift. The servers were so polite and happy to help with all requests.

    Went to Mezza Via for a couples birthday dinner on a Saturday night. Service and food were fantastic with added benefit of BYO for wine with a $4 corkage fee pp. They are licenced so you can order drinks, beer wine etc and prices were very reasonable. We had garlic prawns and burrata as entrees - note that you get garlic bread with prawns which was great for both the prawns & garlic oil and burrata. The entrees were fantastic. We followed up with a pizza with added toppings and a burrato on top and some baby calamari. Both were very tasty although more than we could eat. Our leftovers were placed in take-away containers for home. Service was friendly and attentive and food delicious. Overall a wonderful night.
