Chef Yudiming Puche has created a gastronomic experience incorporating flavors, aromas and textures from her beautiful Latin American culture. Her side table Salmón Ahumado and "Los Datiles" are only two of her signature dishes that are a must when you visit Pilon Miami. Handcrafted cocktails by Marvin Vasquez, who has more then 30 years in the hospitality industry, also capture the Latin American Fusion spirit that the venue offers. "Ay Bendito" and "Mora Pa' Rumba" are the perfect cocktails for you to start your experience at Pilon Miami. Two beautifully furnished patios, one with an amazing lake view of Hidden lakes, create an amazing atmosphere for those who like the "al fresco" experience. Pilon Miami has a full bar, lunch specials at $15, dinner and brunch on Sunday from 11am-4pm.

Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home.
