So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     My family and I enjoyed Sunday Brunch. Overall it was great first experience. I do feel our waitstaff could have been more attentive to us we were left needed glasses and additional items for our food but all and all we would return to try dinner service.

    Lovely experience; dined with my mom, wife, and one year old son. The server Julio was great! We sat on the patio, it was a perfect evening. Food was excellent, and they made our little son feel welcome too!

    Went in for dinner to celebrate my birthday with friends and we had a great time. We had Maddi as our server and she was outstanding. Sueno has a taco Tuesday menu that I will be checking out sometime soon
