Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

El restaurante Canonita recuerda a las taquerías auténticas de los legendarios mercados de México, a través de su chef Donna Willey. Esta experiencia culinaria mexicana casual y emocionante cuenta con un auténtico menú rústico de "Comida de la ciudad de México para el alma", con sus tacos, sus deliciosos ceviches, y su barbacoa que hace agua la boca, elaborada a base de sabrosas carnes asadas al fuego, verduras a la parrilla y mariscos muy frescos. Las tortillas hechas a mano, las salsas refrescantes y los cocteles Margarita elaborados con jugos frescos brindan a los comensales un inolvidable y "verdadero sabor a México." La cocina al aire libre animada se suma a la calidez de estilo hogareño y la energía de Canonita, al igual que la iluminación que adorna el jardín y las sombrillas con música salsa y tejana en vivo.
