So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     Absolutely delicious meal. From the appetizer (beet salad), the entree (short rib) and the dessert (bread pudding!) everything was wonderful. First time eating here but it certainly won't be the last! Our server, Noah, was lovely.

    We went for my birthday celebration! The food was delicious, the drinks were top tier, and the music was my perfect mix! We had lemon drops (10/10), Bellinis (8/10), mimosas (5/10), and something 75; I forget the name. But one from my party loved it and ordered multiple! We had a couple orders of the chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, Cajun grits, and the grilled salmon. Literally zero complaints! Be advised, gratuity is added. I will definitely be back!

    Came here for a casual night out and it was delicious! The pasta is made in house and al dente. They had some really interesting specials including squid ink pasta with tuna and breadcrumbs. I loved the cacio e pepe. Will definitely be back!
