For Linda, farm owner and chef, her love of food started in the kitchen at home with her Mom and over the years, she has immersed herself in everything food including learning how to produce it.Today, we bring all those shared experiences to The Farmers’ Porch. Our menus are inspired by the bounty of our greens, vegetables and fruits that are available in our fields throughout the year and by other local farmers, producers and artisans in our area who share our passion. Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots.
