We stood there for a few minutes and was never acknowledged UNTIL we walked to the left of the greeting station to sit down at a table. Only then did someone approach us just to tell us that we could not sit there as she then attempted to go on her way. I told the lady I made a reservation 5 days ago. Only then did they begin to even assist us.
