Beautiful Views, Amazing Food, and Great Vibes Waterfront NYC completely blew me away. The view of the water alone is enough to make you want to stay for hours — calm, beautiful, and perfect for a peaceful solo outing or a special meal. The atmosphere was classy yet relaxed, and the service was attentive without being too much. The staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment I walked in. I ordered the steak eggrolls and the cilantro lime chicken bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and fresh, and everything was beautifully plated. The mocktails were also a highlight — refreshing, fun, and a great touch for a non-alcoholic option that still feels elevated. I absolutely love Salt & Barrel and keep coming back for so many reasons! On my latest visit, Jared the busboy and Manny our server were an amazing team—super attentive in keeping our table spotless and fresh the whole time. Manny deserves a special shout-out. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the oysters and entrees, and he made great recommendations. What impressed me even more was how he picked up on a tiny social cue: he noticed I wasn’t drinking my cocktail and sensed I didn’t love it, even though I was too shy to say anything. Without missing a beat, he brought me the menu and guided me to a new drink that was absolutely perfect. Service like this makes Salt & Barrel feel special every time. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
