Their was a concert at the Grand, so the place was packed. We sat at the very nice bar and our bartender. Kayla did an excellent job. She recommended the perfect wine and a great salad. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, and while the presentation was very nice, the trip was cooked to perfection, and were a very large size.The only issue was that they had very little flavor. I am not an expert, but I think they were probably prawns, instead of shrimp. Other than that the experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back.

The staff from the GM on down to the person that cleared our table and brought out coffees made us feel welcome and as if our business was valued. The food was exceptional .. steaks, seafood and dessert were all excellent and came out exactly as we liked. Service was fast and efficient. Next time you are in Wilmington, you can't go wrong

I made a reservation at Mendenhall, knowing that we could rely on a wonderful meal in a fantastic setting. We were not disappointed. The quality never varies. The service is always excellent. The ambience is perfect for a lovely quiet meal. 

Food was excellent. But it was too loud to have a normal conversation across a four-top. And it's very pricy, FYI. $233 for 3 people with one round of drinks and one shared appetizer.

This was for a birthday celebration and the food and the service exceptional! Drinks and appetizers were delivered in a timely manner. Food was hot and delicious when delivered. Overall, a great experience.
