Lovely menu but unfortunately the staff incorrectly bought the wrong hot drink on 2 occasions and then put them on the bill! No sorry or thank you ! However we will be back despite the lack of service

Only 1 person on duty when we arrived, so had to wait 4 to 5 minutes to be recieved

Food was very good , we had a breakfast avacardo on toast and a French breakfast ,all was very tasty ,

We visited Bill's restaurant on 5th May 2025 (Horsham) and It was a fantastic experience from booking on here to the welcome from Carrie when we arrived. Carrie's attitude and personality are among the best I've experienced in the many restaurants I've been to. Her desire to make sure my family and I had every question or request taken care of was amazing. We were a family of 6 , whose order involved heavy customisation, removal of items, and replacements of items. I didn't expect her to get it the first time, considering we were also unsure of exactly what we ordered. That said, Carrie and her team at Bills delivered. When it comes to customer service, the details matter a lot. I ordered 3 extra vegan sausages mid-way through our Brunch, and they hadn't arrived after 5 minutes or so. Carrie went downstairs and brought them to us within 2 minutes. She also made sure, at the end of our lunch, that I wasn't charged for my hold booking, and carried out her due diligence to make sure her colleagues had checked us in so we don't get charged. By far, our favourite brunch spot we've ever visited. Thank you to Carrie and her team!

Definitely recommend. Delicious food, well presented. Service was attentive and accommodating. Ambience was positive. Will absolutely come back. 😊
