Selden Standard’s fare features flavors born in local farms, captured at the peak of the season, prepared in their wood-fired oven, and served small plates-style in shareable portions. Complementing the menu are wines from small producers, distinctive brews, and cocktails to suit the seasons. Selden is rustic and casual, but with an ever-present eye for quality, creativity, and fun. Chef Andy Hollyday is a 2023 James Beard Foundation finalist and four-time semi-finalist.
