Namaste Village, which brings authentic Indian flavours to the heart of Norwich, was inaugurated in 2016 after we shifted operations from Opie Street. Built inside a former church school, the restaurant has been revamped in a way that honours the history of the structure from the outside while capturing the spirit of our Indian traditions on the inside. We are one of the first high-end traditional Indian restaurants in Norwich that is purely vegetarian and has dedicated vegan options.

    Superb from start to finish. Excellent communication and reminders, a warm welcome. Super snacks, magnificent mains, tantalizing transition and decadent desserts. The attention to detail is amazing and you leave full and very happy.

    What a brilliant meal. Our plumber recommended The Elms, so we thought we’d give it a go for the wife’s birthday. I was taking a risk, but it absolutely paid off.The food was fantastic and the service was spot‑on — friendly, helpful and never intrusive. We didn’t realise it was Steak Night, and the waitress letting us know about the free bottle of wine was a lovely touch.The steaks were perfect: great char, juicy inside, and full of flavour. Great food, great value, great night.

    Scrumptious roast dinners and salads! You can trust the good reviews for this place, we all really enjoyed our food and were really happy with portions and quality etc.
