    The new additions to the menu are very appealing. We sampled several and were impressed with the flavors and presentation of each. Our favorites were the tuna tostadas, shrimp bao buns, crab bites, tempura mushrooms and especially the grilled kale salad!     Once again, Mediterra provided the perfect place for a business meeting that was easy to get to, thanks to the parking garage across the street, and the lack of stairs and curbs, which make it accessible for the disabled member of our team. The menu was delightfully varied with many delicious, healthful choices and the service was superb. It's our "go-to" place in Princeton.
