I have to say, this sandwich was perfect! Starting with the grilled bread, it was perfectly crispy. The fried green tomato had a very light coating and it was cooked to the perfection. There was a slightly spicy pimento cheese. Of course, they used Nueske bacon, which is beautiful and smoky. I am not exaggerating folks, this sandwich is the perfect balance.
