So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. It was a wonderful experience as always. I had the Wagu steak special, and my girlfriend had the lobster tail stuffed with crabmeat, also a special on the night. We always go in with the thought of what we will get, and then the specials blow us away. It was complimented by a very nice visit from the manager to say hello, and make sure everything was good. Oh, and the chocolate moose pie for dessert..😋

We hadn’t visited in quite awhile but we always had a great meal and time in the past. We were not disappointed as the food, service and ambiance were excellent. It was a little louder than I remember but it was an energetic holiday crowd having a great time. We will be back soon!

Pete our server was experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The bar tender Taylor made excellent Mango margheritas! The lamb appetizer was delish The chicken dish so juicy & the Branzino was perfect. Lastly it’s a beautiful restaurant! The ambience is lovely!
