Excellent food & service once again. Would happily recommend this restaurant

We had a wonderful night at Bottarga. We had some of the smaller snacks to start; the snapper/avocado/herring roe was just delicious as were the Wagyu croquettes and the potato bread. We then had an entree and main, the presentation and tastes of all of our choices was outstanding. We loved seeing the chef, Federico cooking in the open kitchen and Somi giving us her advice on their extensive wine list. The service is friendly and welcoming.

As a First Nations women, it was so refreshing to see native ingredients being used passionately in such a beautiful setting. Each dish was innovative and absolutely delicious! You could tell that the artists in the kitchen and the wait staff were all proud and passionate about their work. A great experience overall! Well worth the cash splash. I can’t wait to return when the menu changes .

amazing service! we got the $49 all you can eat package, food was brought out within a minute of ordering it every time, it was great!
