Amazing 4course lunch with wine pairing. Food was stunning, my favourite courses were Waldorf, Trout and Cheese, canaries and bread also gorgeous. Howie the Sommelier is so knowledgeable, he knows his wines, really engaging. He was also able to recommend some great places to visit in Suffolk for my Scottish visitors., nice touch. Overall beautiful setting, wonderful food in a relaxed environment.

Both the food and service is excellent. All dishes are truly homemade and the atmosphere was buzzing.

Last minute change to our plans as booked elsewhere and had to change at last minute. 6.39 sitting. 5 people. Easy booking online. Not many there at that time so ambiance wasn’t buzzing. But food good and service friendly and professional and answered our questions. Food all good One member of our party who is a chef thought the hand cut chips were a bit ‘old’. Good portions and well presented food. Thank you.

We decided to sit outside due to the heat, and as it was a Friday, we thought it would be busy, but we got a nice table easily, and the food came out quickly. The food was amazing, and I would definitely come here again.

Great food. We all had the carvery. Polite and professional staff. Although we had a wait to go up to the carvery and I had to ask a few times if it was our turn. In the end we just went when the queue had gone. Lovely place tho. Certainly would return and recommend. Thank you.
