Our magical conservatory restaurant is set amid Updown’s rambling grounds. Dine under the grape vines surrounded by beautiful 17th century brick and watch the chefs in the open kitchen tending to the wood fired grill and original farm house bread oven. The restaurant has been completely transformed by owners Ruth and Oli to be heated and fully enclosed and is open year round.Menus will be small, hyper seasonal and use the best of local and European produce and change on regular basis to reflect what’s best. The seafood sharer was amazing value and easily shared by 3 people. We sat outside with a beautiful view, enjoying drinks and food whilst having a catch up. The staff were attentive and really friendly.

What a lovely restaurant, with fantastic views. The serving staff were brilliant and very attentive. The food was brilliant, good size portions with quality ingredients. The calamari was some of the best we have had.
