The Hotel Fauchere features three dining venues. Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . Please note venue preference, if you have one, and we will accommodate as we are able (not all venues are open at all times). The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

With a broad deck that overlooks the main stretch of Lake Hopatcong, fresh organic produce from Lake Hopatcong local Hawk Ridge Farm, and a naturally simple (but rustic) decor, Alice's is a place that celebrates lake living and good company.Lake Hopatcong resident Alice Szigethy opened Alice's in June 2009 to expand the selection of lake destinations. In this reinvention of a building that had been a series of eateries over several decades, the space features vaulted ceilings, reclaimed-barn-wood walls, and comfy booths.

Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, located in Montclair.     Celebrated my 57th birthday here. First time dining and we had so much fun! Loved the belly dancing. Very intimate and authentic. It’s like you’re in Morocco! Highly recommend this restaurant

    First time at Alice’s and will definitely return. Great setting with outstanding views. The decor is very comfortable. We enjoyed the chill atmosphere. However, the highlight was our lunch. We both thoroughly enjoyed the Brie BLT. The flavors were amazing. Highly recommend Alice’s.

    We had a wonderful dinner at Benares in Wyckoff! We started with the delicious Eggplant Chaat and Barrah Kebab, followed by Tandoori Chicken, Goat Curry, Biryani, and Lamb Saag. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The food and service at Benares are consistently excellent, which is why it remains one of our favorite spots for Indian cuisine. We always enjoy our experience and will definitely keep coming back!
