El Max's Café se construyó en 1890 como una zapatería. En 1912, el 34 de North Burlington Street abrió de nuevo como Leisinger's Saloon, que duró 25 años, incluso en la época de la ley seca (como "establecimiento de refrescos"). En 1937, el Leisinger's Saloon pasó a través de la familia y se renombró como Max's Cafe; su nombre durante los 65 años siguientes. Sushi was awesome! Wasabi sauce should be on all sushi. The orange cosmo was perfect with a bonus of tasty lime foam on top. Eggplant flat bread was crispy tasty and a great mix of flavor. Brisket was very tender and a lot! Definitely going back.
