El Scalini Fedeli fue inaugurado en 1995 por el chef y propietario Michael Cetrulo y pronto adquirió la más alta calificación entre los restaurantes de Nueva Jersey. El restaurante ocupa un histórico edificio que data de 1740 y presenta un ambiente ligeramente formal, con techos abovedados de estilo toscano con acabados venecianos en escayola.
