El restaurante Grace's surgió de la visión del propietario Johnny Carraba, como un homenaje a los buenos recuerdos que tenía de su querida abuela Grace Mandola. Grace, quiene era conocida en la familia como Mama, era una mujer Siciliana nacida en Louisiana de padres inmigrantes. Ella tenía un gran don para la cocina y la hospitalidad, así como una profunda fe. Buen lugar, tal vez el curry rojo pica demasiado, lo que lo hace prácticamente incomible. De ahí en fuera, el lugar muy bonito, el ambiente a gusto y el servicio excelente. Está en una zona tradicional que se está gentrificando, dentro de una plaza urbana, que le da un toque especial.
