Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Woodside

I highly recommend Aunt Jake’s Pasta making class!! It was a great experience, and I can honestly say I feel confident to make pasta now. There are many class options, but I recommend being the first class (5pm) because you get the restaurant to yourself, creating a more personable experience. The staff could not be friendlier, and they do an incredible job!! On top of all of that - the food was delicious :)

Great service from Ursula in such an exquisite place!

Absolutely loved Ophelia! The rooftop vibes are incredible - it’s got these stunning 360-degree views of the East River and Manhattan that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. The space is cozy but elegant, with this cool vintage, art deco feel, and the glass-enclosed terrace is perfect for any weather. We went on a rainy day, and it was still beautiful! Drinks were top-notch - creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. It’s definitely a great spot for date night or catching up with friends over cocktails and skyline views (we did both!). We’ll be back!

The food is excellent, and while the service could use a bit of polish, I’m thrilled to have this spot uptown—especially as a terrific late-night option.
