Had an amazing experience at Callington Mill in Hobart. The ambience was spot on — warm, stylish, and relaxed, making it perfect for a proper night out without feeling too loud or crowded. The service was excellent from start to finish, Thanks to Angela and Ishmita. They were attentive and friendly, The highlight was definitely the cocktails made by Blair, beautifully balanced and genuinely some of the best I’ve had in Hobart. Overall, a great venue for drinks, good conversation, and a premium experience. Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We dined on a Monday evening so the restaurant was quieter than usual. Every dish was cooked perfectly, especially the seafood it was fresh and delicious. The wines were reasonably priced. We will come back again ☺️

We ate as a small group celebrating NYE and my husbands birthday. The food was really tasty. A bit of a wait for mains (we had a 3 course) but really great food. Value for money was great with the menu options and what was charged. The service was wonderful too, shout out to Adelphi who made our night extra special with her menu recommendations and arranging a birthday surprise for my husband. She was such a lovely and attentive host. Overall i would definitely recommend Leatherwood.
